The shine, hydration and nourishment baths are one-session care: a way to give back what everyday life takes from your hair. How do I know which treatment my hair needs?
You do not need to know before you come. Everything starts with a root-to-ends hair diagnosis: we analyse your hair and scalp, set goals with you and propose the treatment that truly fits.
What is the difference between a bath and an intensive treatment?
The baths — shine, hydration, nourishment — are one-off care: a 90-minute session to give your hair back what it is missing right now. The intensive treatments, such as hair botox or scalp oxygenation, work deeper on the fibre or the root, and are usually planned with continuity.
Does organic straightening damage the hair?
No. It contains no formaldehyde, parabens or sulphates: it is formulated with amino acids, plant proteins and essential oils, which bring softness and shine and reduce frizz without leaving an artificial straight finish. The effect lasts approximately two to four months, depending on your hair and aftercare.
What benefits does organic straightening offer compared with keratin straightening?
Organic straightening is a healthier alternative to traditional keratin straightening, as it contains no formaldehyde, parabens or sulphates. Benefits of organic straightening: it does not damage the hair fibre, as it is formulated with natural ingredients such as amino acids, plant proteins and essential oils; it brings softness and shine without leaving the hair looking artificially straight; it respects the hair's natural structure, reducing frizz without permanently altering the hair's shape; and it is suitable for all hair types, including coloured or sensitised hair. Unlike keratin straightening, which usually contains harsh chemicals, organic straightening is safer and gives a more natural, progressive result.
Is organic hair botox safe for all hair types?
At Mi Momento we work with organic hair botox treatments formulated with natural ingredients and no harsh chemicals. Our botox is designed to hydrate, strengthen and revitalise the hair without altering its natural structure, which makes it safe for all hair types, including coloured, curly or sensitised hair.
How long does the effect of organic straightening last and what care does it need?
Organic straightening lasts approximately 2 to 4 months, depending on your hair type and aftercare.
Can I have balayage highlights after organic straightening?
Yes, it is possible to have balayage highlights after organic straightening, but it is advisable to wait at least 2 to 3 weeks to avoid a possible alteration of the colour. Organic straightening seals the hair cuticle, so applying highlights immediately afterwards can make it harder for the colour to absorb properly.
Is organic straightening compatible with previously coloured hair?
Yes, organic straightening is compatible with coloured hair, as it contains no harsh chemicals that could affect the colour. However, it is worth bearing in mind that some straightening treatments can slightly lighten the colour of dyed hair.
